Individuals of any age with developmental disabilities are eligible for services. ONLY individuals with developmental disabilities will be eligible to become patients.
Milestone Dental Clinic accepts Illinois Public Aid and private dental insurance. A sliding fee scale is also offered for those not covered by Public Aid and who do not qualify for other assistance.
